Our end of year concert is a fun filled selection of songs chosen to fit the themes of Day & Night. A glorious  profusion of musical styles from Caribbean rock and gospel to jazz, pop, funk and disco, includes Oh Happy Day, Best Day of My Life, Another Day of Sun (from the movie La La Land) and I Can See Clearly Now. Jill Jarmans original arrangements of Lou Reed’s Perfect Day and Rainy Days and Mondays (made famous by The Carpenters) complete the first set.

Day draws in and Night brings with it jazz standards such as Moonglow and Night and Day, a beautiful composition to Longfellow’s text “And the Night Shall Be Filled With Music” then it’s time to get on your Boogie Shoes and dance to the Rhythm of the Night. The party continues with the Jazz Choir and Ensemble coming together to sing Lionel Ritchie’s All Night Long.
