In a month that marks International Women’s Day, and hot on the heels of a Grammys dominated by female artists, Addison Jazz celebrates female composers and arrangers with Her Song, a concert that ranges from the up tempo I Feel the Earth Move Under My Feet and Ain’t No Mountain High Enough through to the reflective Blue Motel Room from Joni Mitchell.

Alongside Joni, Billie Holliday and Carole King are some who are less well known, such as Anne Ronell, Irene Higginbotham, Dorothy Heyward and Dorothy Fields.

And to wrap it up, we have some top arrangements from our own Jill Jarman.

Tickets also available on the door.
