The choirs’ Assistant Music Director Matthew Hough will be the soloist in Finzi’s beautiful ‘Eclogue’ for piano & strings, and to end the evening, four young soloists, and the Brandenburg Sinfonia, join both the Oratorio and Chamber Choirs for Haydn’s uplifting ‘Nelson Mass’.
